Internships and research stays abroad

Doctoral Programme

Internships and research stays abroad

Internship module – this is a module in SIS system where various types of student internships and stays abroad with a duration of at least 14 days are registered. Internships must be registered before the start of the stay. Students enter their mobility proposal into the Internships module in the SIS system. (In case of using Erasmus+ funding, it is not necessary to enter the proposal into the module.)

Please inform the Office for Doctoral  Programmes about your stay abroad and submit or send the Application for internship form to the Department of Science, Research and Doctoral Studies (Kateřina Wojasová, katerina.wojasova@ftvs.cuni.cz , Room H114). In case of a mobility funding within the Erasmus+ programme, please also submit or send the document by email to the International Relations Office (Hana Sládková, hana.sladkova@ftvs.cuni.cz , Room H105) as one of the documents required for the selection procedure.

After the arrival

Please submit the Certificate of Attendance to the Office for Doctoral Programmes so that it can be recorded in the Student Information System (SIS) either as a fulfilled requirement or as a period of study/research spent abroad. Please follow the requirements for specific documents of the particular funding programme or grant, as these may require different certificates of attendance and final reports
