Internships and Stays Abroad
The internship registry is a record of various types of student mobility programmes at DS lasting 14 days or longer. Internships must be registered before the beginning of the stay.

If you receive an Erasmus scholarship, follow these steps - here.
Please submit the above documents to the International Relations Office of CU SPORT (Mgr. Hana Sládková).
Report the internship to the Research Department (Kateřina Wojasová) and submit the Application for Internship
(in case of Erasmus, a copy will be forwarded by the International Relations Office)
Enter the internship into SIS - "Internship Register" (in case of Erasmus, it is not necessary)
Records of internships - including the Confirmation of Placement (must include the duration of the placement, the name of the institution and the signature of the responsible person) to be taken to the Research Department so that it can be entered into SIS as a fulfilled obligation.
Furthermore, the requirements of the individual programmes/grants etc., based on which the student is going on the intership, should be followed.
