In 2024, the faculty organized a total of 83 continuing education courses, including leisure-time courses for students and the general public, as well as courses for applicants, physical activities for children and youth, activities for the elderly, and courses for coaches and teachers. The range of courses on offer grows every year, and so does the number of graduates, which has more than tripled over the past four years.Find out more

The average healthy life expectancy for both men and women in the Czech Republic is roughly the same, at an average of 72.4 years. To maintain physical and mental health, the World Health Organization recommends that people over the age of 65 engage in at least 150–300 minutes of physical activity per week.
