15th Annual International Conference of Czech Philosophy of Sport

The 15th Annual International Conference of Czech Philosophy of Sport will take place on 15–16 October 2026 at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague.
The conference welcomes contributions from all areas of the philosophy of sport, including ethics, aesthetics, metaphysics, and epistemology, as well as a wide range of philosophical approaches.
Designed as an in-person, English-language event, the conference places a strong emphasis on discussion, providing ample time for in-depth dialogue following each presentation. Emerging scholars are particularly encouraged to participate through dedicated sessions for works in progress and student presentations.

- We prioritise discussion.
- Standard presentations: 20-25-minute presentation followed by 35-40 minutes of discussion.
- Student presentations: 15-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of discussion.
- The conference will be held in person.
- The official language of the conference is English.
